About The RoleCore Duties: Monitor control panels (DCS), conduct routine field inspections, check equipment and gauges, and manage safety and work permits. 
Responsibilities:Control Room & System Monitoring (Console Operators) DCS/SCADA Operation: Control automated refinery units via Distributed Control Systems.Variable Regulation: Adjust flow rates, pressures, temperatures, and tank levels digitally.Alarm Response: Monitor active system alarms to catch and correct process deviations early.Data Logging: Document hourly production metrics, equipment yields, and system changes. Physical Inspections & Maintenance (Field Operators) Equipment Rounds: Conduct physical walk-throughs to inspect pumps, compressors, and furnaces.Manual Adjustments: Turn physical valves, swap dual strainers, and align process piping lines.Sampling & Testing: Draw chemical or hydrocarbon fluid samples safely for laboratory analysis.Equipment Prep: Drain, vent, and isolate heavy equipment before maintenance work begins.  Safety, Permitting, & Emergency Response LOTO Implementation: Apply Lockout/Tagout devices to guarantee zero-energy states during repairs.Permit Writing: Issue Cold Work, Hot Work, and Confined Space Entry permits to contractors.Hazard Mitigation: Isolate leaking lines immediately and activate emergency shutdown systems (ESD) if needed. Shift Handovers: Deliver detailed verbal and written logs to the incoming shift crew. 
Education:A higher diploma paired with a technical trade certificate, or a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering or a related field.2 Year Minimum Experience Related field. Good Commination in English.Essential Skills: Strong troubleshooting capabilities, safety regulatory compliance, physical stamina, and mechanical aptitude.”
